Members of the Professional and Pharmaceutical Products Liability group represent physicians, dentists, hospitals and other health care providers in malpractice claims, as well as surgical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in product liability litigation. Additionally, members of the group represent national and international chemical, herbicide and pesticide manufacturers in claims involving personal injury, fear of cancer, increased risk of cancer and other disease, and medical monitoring. The group has not only been involved in legislation in these areas, but also in litigating federal and state statutory and constitutional challenges.

Our attorneys have acted as national, regional and local counsel in class action and mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical, medical device, pesticide and herbicide manufacturers.

Members of the group are active in local and national legal societies, serve on various community and charitable boards and are adjunct faculty members at local law schools. Supported by staff including nurses, the Professional and Pharmaceutical Products Liability group is experienced in providing efficient and effective representation in trial and appellate courts throughout the region.
