Mr. Tracey Dewrell
graduated in the top of his class from the University of West
Florida (Pensacola, FL) in 1994 and St. Thomas University
School of Law (Miami, FL) in 1998. Upon graduation from law
school, Mr. Dewrell worked as an associate attorney for Hightower
& Rudd (Miami, FL) until September 1999, when he joined Zurich
U.S. Staff Legal. As a trial attorney for Staff Legal, Mr. Dewrell
handled a wide range of personal injury and commercial litigation
cases and received numerous trial verdicts. Mr. Dewrell is currently
admitted to practice before all Georgia and Florida State Courts,
the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern
Districts of Georgia, the United States District Courts for the
Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United
States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Dewrell is
a member of the Tort & Insurance Practice, General Practice & Trial
Law, Young Lawyers and Appellate Practice sections of the Georgia
Bar, the Trial Lawyers, Young Lawyers and Appellate Practice & Advocacy
sections of the Florida Bar, and Litigation and Tort & Insurance
Practice sections of the American Bar Association, as well as the
Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and Association
of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mara Sacks graduated
from the University of Georgia (Athens, GA) in 1996 and St.
Thomas University School of Law (Miami, FL) in 1999. While attending
law school, Ms. Sacks interned with Justice Rosemary Barkett, of
the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Upon graduation from law school,
Ms. Sacks worked as an attorney for a multitude of law firms in
Atlanta. Ms. Sacks has handled a wide range of cases such as employment
discrimination, bankruptcy, personal injury, divorce, business litigation
(including breach of contract), criminal defense, libel/slander,
trademark/infringement law and real estate transactions (including
sale closings and refinancings). Ms. Sacks is also the C.E.O. of
Staff Counsel, one of Atlanta's largest recruiting agencies. Ms.
Sacks co-edited the exclusive Bar Review Course for Attorney's seeking
to gain admission into the Federal Courts in Florida, "The Federal
Bar Review." Ms. Sacks is a member of the Georgia Bar as well as
the Young Lawyers section of the Georgia Bar and the American Bar
Association.
