Recognizing that the skills required for effective appellate advocacy and those required for effective trial advocacy rarely reside in one attorney, the firm founded the Appellate Practice Team. We believe that representation by skilled appellate practitioners substantially improves both the likelihood of success for the client and the quality of the decision on appeal. Our appellate advocates have briefed and argued numerous cases in federal and state appellate courts, both where we handled the matter at trial and where we were retained initially for the appeal.
